Storage: Form responses are stored securely on Tally’s servers in the EU and encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Deletion: We control retention; deleted form submissions are removed from Tally’s active storage and permanent backups within a reasonable period in line with Tally’s practices.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA): We have a DPA with Tally to ensure GDPR-compliant processing.
